Policies
At All Natural Sugaring, we ask that all of our clients adhere to our policies in order for us to maintain an excellent standard for everyone. If we believe our policies are not being followed, we have the right to refuse service to anybody at any time.
- All new clients and clients that have not been with us in a while are required to fill out a Client Intake Form before receiving services. Intake Forms must be updated yearly.
- A valid credit card is required for all appointments to be reserved. Your card will not be charged unless you are subject to our Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy. We are committed to ensuring all your information is secured and protected.
- 24-hours notice is required for any modifications or cancellations to appointments.
- If you cancel or reschedule less than 24-hours before your appointment your card will be charged 50% of service fee.
- If you "No Call No Show" your card will be charged 100% of the FULL PRICE of the service fee.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may lose your appointment time and be charged a late cancel fee.
- Repeated policy violations may result in a required nonrefundable deposit to make future appointments
- We do not issue refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, let us know and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
- UNDERAGE GUEST: A Parent Consent Form must be completed and handed in by the parent in person. A parent only needs to be present for the first form signing or if the form is ever updated to include more/less service allowances. We do not provide Brazilians, Signature Brazilians, or Bikini + services for underage guest.
Cancellation policy is always enforced.
